MediHarbor supplies blood glucose monitors in-store and by mail order, plus off-the-shelf diabetic shoes. We do not supply insulin pumps.

Available from MediHarbor: blood glucose monitors, test strips, lancets, lancing devices, diabetic shoes (OTS), inserts.

Medicare Coverage

Medicare Part B covers blood glucose monitors, test strips, lancets for all Medicare beneficiaries with diabetes. Diabetic shoes are covered under the Therapeutic Shoe Benefit for qualifying patients.

Do You Qualify?

• ✅ Diagnosis of diabetes (Type 1 or Type 2)
• ✅ Physician prescribes blood glucose monitoring
• ✅ For diabetic shoes: physician certifies diabetes with foot complications
• ✅ You have Medicare Part B, Medicaid, or private insurance
