MediHarbor LLC provides durable medical equipment (DME) and medical supplies. Our products are intended for use under the guidance of licensed healthcare professionals. Certain products require a valid prescription (Rx) from a qualified provider.
Products marked as Rx-only require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. MediHarbor reserves the right to verify prescriptions with the prescribing provider. We may refuse service if we cannot verify a prescription or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
While we are currently pending Medicare enrollment, most transactions are cash pay. Patients are responsible for verifying insurance coverage for any products purchased. We provide itemized receipts that patients may submit to their insurers for potential reimbursement.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened products may be returned within 14 days for store credit only. Custom or patient-specific products (orthotics, etc.) are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please call 607-270-2777 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
MediHarbor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability for any claim related to product performance shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, specifically Chemung County where our business is registered and operates.
MediHarbor complies with all applicable HIPAA regulations regarding protected health information (PHI). We maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PHI.
